We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from JKLOFFROAD. If you're not happy with your order, we’re here to help. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before initiating a return.
✅ Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns on most new, unused, and uninstalled items within 30 days of the delivery date.
To qualify for a return:
- Item must be in original, unused condition
- Must include all original packaging, hardware, and documentation
- Must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
⚠️ Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Modified parts
- Electrical components or wiring harnesses
- Clearance, final sale, or custom-ordered items
- Gift cards
🔁 Return Process

Request a Return Authorization (RMA):
Email ride@jkloffroad.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable). -
Ship the Item:
Once approved, ship the item to the address we provide. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or sent in error. -
Inspection & Approval:
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item within 3–5 business days and notify you of the approval or rejection.
💸 Refunds
If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- A 15% restocking fee may apply to certain returns
- If your item was defective or incorrectly shipped, we will waive restocking and return shipping fees
🔄 Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order through our website.
📦 Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Contact us within 3 business days of delivery
- Include photos of the item and packaging
- We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you
📮 Return Shipping Address
Do not return items without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may be rejected.
We’ll provide the correct return address once your RMA email is approved.
