At JKLOFFROAD, we’re dedicated to delivering top-quality offroad parts and accessories throughout the United States—quickly, safely, and reliably. Please review our shipping policy below.
🕒 Order Processing Time
- In-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM MST will begin processing the same day.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Special-order parts (marked “Special Order” on the product page) are ordered from our distributor when you buy and typically ship within 3–4 weeks.
- Items from our partner brands ship directly from the manufacturer. You’ll get a separate tracking email when they ship.
- During high-volume periods, processing times may increase slightly. If delays occur, we’ll notify you by email.
🚚 Shipping Options & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order.

📦 Shipping Carriers
We use trusted domestic carriers to ensure reliable delivery:
- UPS
- FedEx
- USPS
Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.
❌ Shipping Limitations
- We ship within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- International shipping is not available. Any international orders will be automatically canceled and refunded.
🎁 Free Shipping
We offer FREE Standard Shipping on orders of $299 or more (before taxes and after discounts) within the contiguous U.S. (Lower 48).
Freight (LTL) items and items shipped directly by our partner brands are not included and ship at the rates shown at checkout. This offer is subject to change.
We also offer free in-store pickup on items we have in stock in our shop.
🏗️ Freight Shipping (Large & Heavy Items)
Some items (e.g., lift kits, bumpers, tires) require freight shipping:
- Processing time: Up to 5 business days
- Flat rate: $79 Lower 48 · $129 Alaska & Hawaii, shown at checkout
- A signature is required upon delivery
- Curbside delivery only – drivers will not bring items inside
📷 Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your shipment arrives damaged or is lost:
- Contact us within 3 business days of delivery or the estimated delivery date.
- Include clear photos of the damaged product and packaging (if applicable).
- We’ll file a claim and assist with a refund or replacement.
✏️ Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
