🕒 Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM MST will begin processing the same day.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- During high-volume periods, processing times may increase slightly. If delays occur, we’ll notify you by email.

📦 Shipping Carriers
We use trusted domestic carriers to ensure reliable delivery:
- UPS
- FedEx
- USPS
Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.
❌ Shipping Limitations
- We only ship within the United States.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- International shipping is not available. Any international orders will be automatically canceled and refunded.
🎁 Free Shipping
We offer FREE Standard Shipping on orders over $150 (before taxes and after discounts) within the contiguous U.S..
This offer is subject to change and may exclude oversized or freight items.
We also offer free in-store pickup on items we have in stock in our shop.
🏗️ Freight Shipping (Large & Heavy Items)
Some items (e.g., lift kits, bumpers, tires) require freight shipping:
- Processing time: Up to 5 business days
- A signature is required upon delivery
- Curbside delivery only – drivers will not bring items inside
- Extra freight charges may apply and will be shown at checkout or invoiced separately
📷 Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your shipment arrives damaged or is lost:
- Contact us within 3 business days of delivery or the estimated delivery date.
- Include clear photos of the damaged product and packaging (if applicable).
- We’ll file a claim and assist with a refund or replacement.
✏️ Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
