PowerPlus 36V E-Z-GO Medalist/TXT Plug

The Battery Tender® 36V E-Z-GO Medalist/TXT Golf Cart Plug is an OEM-style connector adapter that allows the Battery Tender® PowerPlus 36V 18 Amp on-board charger to connect directly to the factory charge port on E-Z-GO Medalist and TXT golf carts — no battery terminal access required, no wiring modification, no tools.

Why Use the Factory Charge Port

Connecting through the factory charge port rather than directly to battery terminals preserves the integrity of the battery compartment seal, eliminates terminal corrosion from repeated clamp connections, and allows the charger to be permanently wired to the cart for automatic maintenance charging between uses. The OEM-style connector seats and locks in the factory port exactly as the original charger did.

Installation

The plug connects to the PowerPlus 36V charger's output cable and plugs directly into the E-Z-GO factory charge port. Permanent installation allows the cart to be connected to shore power automatically when parked — maintaining the 36V battery pack at full charge between rounds through ISM float maintenance without any manual connection required.
